Unopened, unused items that are not damaged or defective may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, though we will not reimburse shipping on either the original purchase or return. If something arrives damaged or defective, we will absolutely make it right. Please contact us through the “Contact” link above, and we will arrange for return shipping to either us or the manufacturer/distributor, and issue you a refund or replacement at customer option.
