TGS Curated Shop Shipping Policies
All domestic US shipping is through USPS by default, with weight-based shipping charges as follows: All packages under .5 lbs are a flat $4.50; anything between .6lbs and under 1 lb is a flat $5.75; Anything between 1-3 lbs. is $8.50; 3-5 lbs is $10; and 5 lbs + is $12. Orders over $75 receive free USPS shipping within the U.S. We also offer the option of UPS Ground Shipping within the U.S., starting at a flat rate of $10 and increasing incrementally based on package weight.
We have resumed shipping internationally to certain countries. All shipping will be by weight, with the current options being USPS First Class International or Fedex/UPS/DHL (whichever of the three couriers has the best combination of reliability and value for the particular country). The availability of order tracking may change from country to country. International Shipping quotes are an estimate only, and if the shipping is substantially more we may contact you with a revised quote. Customer is responsible for all customs duties, VAT, or other taxes, which are not included in the price charged, and orders lost or returned to us to a failure to pay customs duties and taxes will not be refunded. Unfortunately, due to UK VAT rules, we can only accept orders valued in excess of $200 prior to any shipping charges and discounting. Orders below this threshold to the UK will be cancelled.
Orders typically ship within three business days. Please be advised that international shipping to countries outside North America via standard post can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks, depending on the country and customs delays. We do not guarantee any delivery date for international packages.
